How much does appliance repair cost in Toronto?
Our service call fee is $70. The technician diagnoses the problem and gives you the repair price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, the $70 service call fee is waived.
Is the $70 service call fee waived if I go ahead with the repair?
Yes. If you agree to the repair after the diagnosis, we waive the $70 service call fee. You only pay the $70 if you decide not to go ahead with the repair.
Do you offer a warranty on appliance repairs?
Yes. Our repairs come with a warranty of 3 to 6 months, depending on the type of repair. Your technician will confirm the warranty period for your repair before the work starts.
What are your hours?
We’re open 7 days a week, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, including weekends.
Do you charge extra on weekends?
No. We work on weekends, and we don’t add weekend “extras” or hidden fees.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes. We aim to come and fix your appliance on the same day you call. Same-day visits depend on how busy the schedule is, so call 647-642-1414 as early as you can.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Toronto, including Downtown Toronto, North York, Scarborough and Etobicoke. Our office is at 55 University Ave, Unit 628, in downtown Toronto.
Which appliances do you repair?
We repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, cooktops and microwaves.
Which brands do you service?
We service all major brands, including Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Kenmore, Inglis and Miele.
How do I book a repair?
Call us at 647-642-1414, or book online with the request form on our Book a Visit page. Tell us the appliance type, the brand and what’s wrong, and we’ll set up a time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, debit and e-Transfer.
Do your technicians bring parts?
Yes. Technicians come prepared and equipped. When you describe the problem on the phone, we can often bring the likely parts in advance, so many repairs are finished in one visit.
